PEM’s inspection team conducts more than 7,000 inspections annually across multiple housing markets. Our inspectors are certified professionals with expertise in Housing Quality Standards (HQS), Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS), and NSPIRE requirements and protocols. Beyond technical proficiency, we emphasize excellence in customer service and strict adherence to fair housing practices, ensuring both tenants and property owners receive respectful and equitable treatment throughout the inspection process.
