Channe’l serves as the Human Resource Generalist for PEM, and with close to a decade in personnel supervision and management, she has gained extensive experience in employee relations, benefits administration, payroll coordination, onboarding, and compliance. With a strong foundation in employee relations, Channe’l supports employees in multiple states and ensures the company remains compliant with federal, state, and local labor laws. During her tenure with PEM, she has played a vital role in our growth as an organization, now comprising more than 100 employees across nine states.
Channe’l manages day-to-day HR operations, including new-hire processing, benefits enrollment, leave administration, performance documentation, and policy implementation. She remains committed to continuous improvement and is passionate about creating efficient, employee-focused processes that enhance the overall HR and operational experience. Known for exceptional communication, Channe’l partners with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture that helps employees feel supported and valued throughout their career journey with PEM.
